Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DoBoost (“DoBoost”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must protect your credentials and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

The Service

DoBoost provides features that may include:

  • A task marketplace where users can post tasks and others can claim and submit proof of completion.
  • A credit system used for publishing tasks, rewarding participation, and accessing certain features.
  • Dashboards and administrative tools for reviewing submissions and managing accounts.
  • Optional AI-related tools where users can submit inputs and receive generated outputs.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

User Content and Proof Submissions

“User Content” includes content you submit or upload to the Service, such as task descriptions, target links, notes, screenshots, and other materials.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the rights to submit the User Content.
  • Your User Content does not violate any law, third-party rights, or platform rules.
  • Proof submissions are truthful and not manipulated.

You grant DoBoost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service (for example, displaying tasks, enabling reviews, and resolving disputes).

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots or automation to game task completion, submissions, or credits.
  • Submit false, stolen, or manipulated proof.
  • Post unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to access the Service in an unauthorized manner or interfere with its operation.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates third-party platform rules (including, without limitation, X and Product Hunt terms and policies).

Credits, Rewards, and Expiration

Credits are virtual units used within the Service. Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Credits may expire or be subject to validity periods as shown in the Service.
  • We may adjust credits and related metrics to correct errors, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.

Task rewards and reviews:

  • Task creators may review submissions and approve or reject them based on task requirements.
  • We may intervene to resolve disputes or to prevent fraud or abuse.

Pricing and Payments

If you purchase credits or other paid features:

  • Pricing may change from time to time.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your payment is also subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policy.
  • Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • For manual payment flows (where available), you are responsible for ensuring the transfer details are correct and for providing proof as requested for verification.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by DoBoost or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except the limited right to use it as permitted.

The Service may reference or link to third-party services (including X and Product Hunt). DoBoost is not affiliated with or endorsed by these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

AI Features Disclaimer (If Applicable)

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and for how you use them. DoBoost does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI outputs.

Termination and Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Service or other users, or for any other lawful reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOBOOST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoBoost and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
